Spiceworks laid off ton of the staff and all the devs walked out and quit one day. This was probably only kept going since so much time and effort had been spent on it already, not to mention the big money vendors pay for the conference, they had to keep it going. They obviously have money issues with a massive layoff and a whole team quit. The writing is on the wall.

Yes, new outlook profile, new user profile, MS Sara tool.. O2103, O2016, etc... done everything but nuke it.

I was going to guess that was what they were going to have you do.
