What Makes MangoCon Special
MangoCon is a unique conference experience, but why?
MangoCon is a true IT generalist conference for the SMB industry, focusing on state of the art and emerging technology, trends, products, ideas, architecture, and approaches that are applicable to the small and medium business and service provider markets. It is a single track conference, so attendees don't pick and choose which sessions to attend or miss, but rather everyone gets to attend all listed sessions making for a more meaningful opportunity for dialogue as all attendees have a shared session experience to engage around and less time in session logistics. We also recognize that IT is not just about the tech, but also about people and business.
Our goals with MangoCon are to educate and provide an annual view into what is new, changing, what matters, where IT is going, what the future holds, and more to encourage professional growth and provide tangible decision making and planning advantages to companies sending their staff to attend.
Highlights:
- Small, peer based attendance
- SMB focused
- Highly Technical for IT "doers"
- Maintain a context of technology for real businesses
- Single track
- Curated, rather than vendor-driven, topics
MangoCon is a conference for IT practictioners across the small and medium business space and not focused on single technologies, products, vendors, approaches, etc. Generalist need knowledge at a higher level in order to make key decisions for the organizations, MangoCon is the conference for IT.

RE: If you are new drop in say hello and introduce yourself please!
So many new people, as always it is amazing to see so many joining us here on ML! Welcome all.

RE: What Are You Doing Right Now
ML just broke its record for the busiest 24 hour period ever recorded, and is continuing to climb quickly. Whatever is going on today, it is driving traffic here like crazy. The counters are advancing like we've never seen.

MangoCon 2019
Finally, MangoLassi is happy to announce that MangoCon 2019 has been scheduled and will be...
May 8th - 10th, in Dallas, Texas
More details to come by the end of the week. Interested in speaking? Interesting in attending? Interesting in sponsoring? Let us know.
This is our third "annual" technology conference. Come and meet other IT pros, watch real technical presentations - not product sales pitches, get real life peer review, bring the community from online to IRL.
We've had a great time at our last two conferences, both previously in Rochester, New York. Now we are moving to Dallas for easier flights, drives, hotels, etc.
Hope to see everyone there!

RE: Session Border Controller VoIP Solution
Welcome to the community. While the community rules do allow promotional posting by IT vendors, please restrict this posting to the "Self Promotion" group and not to the IT Discussion group. However, just as a general point, expect to be treated very poorly by the community for drive by posting of ad copy. Simply posting ad copy and not participating in the community will always result in very bad feedback from the community. Just because it is allowed, doesn't mean that it will be warmly received.

NYC Mango Meetup June 23, 2017
That's right, we are expanding into NYC and doing our second Mango Event in the area this June! The event is being hosted at the AetherStore offices which are right down the street from Grand Central Terminal so are exceptionally easy to get to from anywhere in the region. We want to do an event that can draw a lot of the crowd in from NJ as we have loads of people on the NJ side.
So the big questions are.... what do people want to see at the event? Who can make it out? How do we schedule so that people can get there?
