Sadly very common. Snapshots are hard for people to understand.

Once we can post pics I will get some up. The NTG people tend not to have super exciting home environments anymore because the company is putting in an enterprise lab for everyone to use. Like the most epic home lab ever.

I am sure that image posting is on the high priority to do list but email notifications might be ahead of it. And maybe tagging. I know all three of those are big.
