You'd have to have levels. Like they do for electricians and other trade workers.

RE: Need a New RPG
MUDs are dangerous Nethack is one of the deepest RPGs, but puts nothing into graphics. It's ascii graphics, like Dwarf Fortress.

Give up SAM, the marketers have won Cloud means anything that is subscription, online, or having anything to do with the Internet.
Problem is, the article means nothing. Both sides that he is comparing are the same thing. So the article literally says nothing. That the terms are used incorrectly is bad, that they are used unpredictably and undecipherably even from context makes it totally worthless. Literally, it says nothing at all.
Marketing is all about meaning nothing!

RE: Repetitive Habits
One day I listened to the same two MC Frontalot songs on repeat all day long.

RE: Is this how SAM got stuck in the parking garage?
I love how it escalates - my favorite bit is where they completely flip the car.

RE: The Interview No-Show?
So did you find out what happened? That reminds me of my interview with Spiceworks story. I got stuck in Houston due to weather, and they couldn't guarantee that I'd get a flight the next day. I went and rented a car and drove instead and got in at 3am for an interview the next morning. I think that story helped seal the deal

RE: How to install DD-WRT firmware
Ubiquiti rocks - mine is rock solid at home and covers not only the whole house, but I still get signal half way down the block.

RE: Considering Filing a Harassment Claim
You're probably better off just going with wireless headphones so that you can wander around with the music at the level you like. Many modern apartments are shit for noise insulation, so even if it doesn't sound too loud to you, it might even be louder where they are.

RE: Finally Used a Fourth Webroot License! :D
Yeah I'm not sure why the minimum is 5 for business, but I'll pass along the feedback.
If you have that few devices to protect I think they expect the SOHO folks to just go with a consumer license.

RE: Considering Filing a Harassment Claim
My wife ordered this one and likes it:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K1GUY7M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1That reminds me, we had some super sensitive downstairs neighbors at our last place. They would complain that we walked too loud (even though we didn't wear our shoes indoors). They basically expected us to tiptoe around. They started harassing us and banging on the ceiling. We finally had to report them to the apartment complex, who set them straight. The management even offered to move them to a new unit on the top floor.

RE: What's Your Dream Company to Work For?
Valve, because of their self-organizing teams and peer review system. The paramilitary corporate structure is a vestige from the industrial revolution and is counterproductive to knowledge work. That's why large companies can only innovate by buying small startups.

RE: Finally Used a Fourth Webroot License! :D
Agreed - nothing like having real data to play with.
