Only solution I found was install Effective Search in all computers, free and works perfect.

All server all Windows but 2, about 95%.

MS has no reason to answer, it costs them money to give free advice when really it is between you and your lawyer. Remember, MS is a business and makes the most money from you not getting easy answers. You have to pay their partners to tell you how you can use MS' software and because MS makes no comment, they have no legal ties to the advice. So you are always on your own. MS has no business reason to ensure that you are not living in fear of an audit.

I am not clear what licenses I need from Windows 2016 to mount a Cluster with 3 Vm on 2 Dell servers.

It would be enough with 3 volume licenses of W2016 or I need to buy Software Assurance (SA) licenses?

I asked last week to Microsoft and I'm still waiting for the answer.

Try to upgrade the I/O with Ssd for the Sql Server Data and Log.

You'll improve a lot the perfomance.

No, just cannot have installed two OEM licence in the same computer.

Xp Mode is just for Windows 7, It's not "legal" to install it in Windows 10.

But the phones just say that the person in question is not available so we can't even call him to ask if he is looking into it. After i have found the ISO image for Hard drive update that was only available for SAS HDD, I have update the Hard drive firmware yesterday, and hopefully it was all working fine from yesterday,

SATA HDD Firmware not available for Server RAID 8K,8K-l card, ( Currently installed SATA HDD Model - ST1000DM )

Check the Smart status of the drive and test it with chkdsk unit: /R
