Previous IT person didn't keep the CDs in a good spot.. don't know where the install is.
I have been able to extract the key for Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro,.. but I need the software..
Or am I going to have to buy it again...

Wondering if anyone is contemplating what I am contemplating...
Pushing paper, considering the future and where things need to be,.. avoiding work (oops did I say that out loud) and checking email.
Anyone have Wednesday's Lotto numbers yet?
Part of the issue is the DFU / Restore on the iPad times out after about 15 minutes. Long before the software update from APPLE was downloaded.
I let the update finish downloading, then started DFU mode and it's restoring and 'unlocking' the iPad.
While I can't tell you the date I created the rule, looking at my mailbox, I have not seen a [SPAM] tag email since Sept 4th.
I've turned it off to see what happens, and will try as you have mentioned the report option.
Never mind -
Deleted the WiFi connection, and re-connected and now it is connecting. Just over two hours to recover and update.
Current IP address... but isn't getting to pages.. has to be that.
Interesting.. since both laptops are sitting together.
Hmm... Interesting. It's on a different computer, that I see can't actually get to the internet even thought it shows connected. Running through the 'possibles' now.
Son's iPad Mini is locked.. he can't remember the code, I didn't know, DW doesn't remember it either.
Connect to iTunes: The iPad software update server could not be contacted. An unknown error occurred (-23).
Getting teh same error I did about 3 hours ago.. Any one seen this before?
I agree - however I just looked at my OWA and I'm not finding any active SPAM messages. I did set up a rule on the back end that should be agency wide that should funnel all [SPAM] messages to junk.
I did however get a message this past week that someone got some. They deleted it before I saw it.

Uhm,.. Wow..
Although - sometimes when I am working with files on a server, I have to remind myself RIGHT CLICK and drag.. don't just drag. I want a copy of the orginial files not to move them. I have seen so many times that the MOVE (copy then delete) has failed.. thus leaving me with nothing.
You've had a move fail? Even if a move fails, you should not lose the file. A default left drag only does a move if it is on the same filesystem and the file is not actually moving but the name only is moving, so any left drag move operation is recoverable via a recovery tool like Recuva reliably as long as you do not write over the space before doing so. The move default action is designed to have no destructive action on Windows.
I know two different things,.. but Windows designed to not be destructive? What happened to your hair (or mine!)?
Generally speaking - you are correct... Move should not destroy the data. However, i have seen it happen.. but then again,.. the power did go out in the middle of it,.. so technically not a Windows issue...
Trying to restore my son's iPad... since he and his brothers managed to disable it...
Oops..

We have ordered a few things via our Prime account and received them on Sunday. The first time I was utterly shocked!. What was the Post Office Carrier doing out on Sunday!?!
UPS delivered to the local PO, who then dropped it off. Pretty neat, however I rarely need it THAT fast..
In my previous employment we had no more than 60 staff across four locations within a mile of each other. SBS was perfect for what they needed.
In this role there are about 300 - so SBS is off the table. Not to mention that SBS has been retired by MS. SBS was a good albeit compromised product - it served my (then) small organizations needs.
Here, SBS is just simply not an option - well past the limitations based upon users alone. We aren't using Exchange since it WAS POP3/IMAP. Still a bit left to transition out of, but we are moving to Office 365 - nice thing about being a NPO - 90% of my users in O365 are free.
We run Sage MIP, AbiliaSuite and Routematch (transportation software), As @coliver stated, they don't support the software in a VM environment.
There are a number of shields (term used for add ons and such) that go with the Arduino and the Raspberry Pi - making both pretty robust devices

If you're Brain, does that make Scott = Pinky? o.O

I've worked with Andrew in the past - He has been a good resource to discuss some planning items out with. And xByte has done right by me on more than one occasion.

why two servers? AD lives just fine on VMs. how big is your business?
Large enough - We technically have two 'business' units. Over all we have about 300 employees. As for AD playing well with others, if Small Business Server could handle the 300 users AND was still production, I'd go that route. SBS worked very well for me in the past, and I had very little issues with it.

Looks like one modern server could replace this whole lot, VMs baby!
Not only that but I am beginning to think that the T620 you currently have could make for an excellent virtual host. Maybe sell your other servers and max out the RAM in that bad boy... Providing you aren't struggling with disk space or IOPS that would probably work fairly well..
I have the report showing my IOPS around here in email. I'm happy to post it, most of what we have is files,.. which may be getting smaller since the drive failure (still in the clean room for eval).
ALL of the servers / boxes need to be scrubbed and rebuilt IMO - total fubar in my opinion.. which since I'm not MCSE CCNA or any of the other alphabets,.. doesn't mean much to some.
I'm leaning towards 2 Physical (1 for AD) and going VM. However the software we use isn't supported in a VM environment...
