Check out the first image in this link. Select the "Image" entry from the listbox to create an ISO.

Post the results from running 'xe patch-list". Have you tried installing the update using XenCenter?

Is the server in a pool? If so, are you running this on the pool master?

What happens if you manually apply the existing patch?

Again, while anything is possible, I've been trying to approach this as more of a general WIndows issue. I've searched online and found a couple of similar inquiries. While you may be correct, my initial thought is that this would be a Windows issue since it is the one that maintains these entries.

Every time that I turn off notifications for ClipMate, they keep coming back. When I look under System > Notifications & actions, I see that there are multiple entries for this app:

Anyone ever run into this issue? Suggestions on how to fix / prevent this from reoccurring?
