@Dashrender Those symptoms sound like Vitamin D deficiency. I had a family member who went through that and it sounds very similar. As @Emad-R kind of diagnosed at the end of his post.

potatoes rather than better proven and studied alternatives like sweet potatoes

There is actual very little evidence that sweet potatoes are better the white potatoes. It depends on the individual, their dietary needs, how well they process sugar and carbs etc.

The reality is we often associate white potatoes with fried food and sweet potatoes with grilled or baked. If we cooked them in the same fashion they'd have similar dietary effects. https://universityhealthnews.com/daily/nutrition/sweet-potatoes-vs-potatoes/

@scottalanmiller TL:DR Mrs May is the Donald Trump of the UK.

      Is all I needed.

That's kinda how it is, yeah.

Okay so she's just as bat-shit crazy as the Don, and wants Mexico (Italy) to pay for it?

      (that's a pun)

But what did the people think they would get when they voted to leave the EU? If Mrs May is fired, doesn't the Brexit vote still proceed, but with someone else who is going to be stuck in this shit-sandwich situation?

Also, from my meager understanding of the issue, May was initially against Brexit but has inherited the problem.... so imagine that the next time around Don Don is booted out, replaced with someone like Mrs Obama and she now has to figure out how to make his Mexico wall happen.... I'd go batshit crazy in that situation too

Yeah, that's a bit weird. I believe she was against it, but now is insane and seems to have lost all sense of reality and is "Brexit in name, at any cost", which is never good.

But she has had awesome options at her disposal all alone and refused to take them. She made something bad into something much much worse.

What I find interesting about this whole thing. The crown has basically unlimited veto power. The Queen could easily prevent Brexit from happening. Although maybe there is a significant political issue there.

I mean... yeah but he's basically just playing Ryan Reynolds dressed up as a super hero. I really enjoy the Deadpool movies don't get me wrong... and frankly I enjoy Ryan Reynolds as an actor... just as long as you understand he doesn't have the range that some of his contemporaries have.

I thought I was going to hate it when they killed of Riggs. I actually like Sean William Scott better.

I love Sean William Scott, but haven't gotten that far yet.

      Stifler?

      That's the one.

I'm really surprised he wasn't a bigger deal. He and Ryan Reynolds were basically the same person back in the day.

      they still are... arent they?

Ryan Reynolds basically just plays himself in every movie he's in from what I can tell. Not sure about Sean Williams Scott.

There is a LOT more to a CAD system then just check in and check out. It's the other bits that don't work well for us.

So you're a snowflake company that the specializes tools, that do way more then just check in and check out, won't work for?

Sounds like you have a bad implementation to me. I've been part of this battle before with engineers. Get one of the savvy ones on board and the rest will follow.

      CAD files

You don't want to sync this stuff. It's bad for this type.

We have the same thing here, and have tried some things in testing. Large drawings pulling sometimes hundreds or thousands of other drawings to make it. It needs to be on-prem, and should not be synchronized with anything. It's a catastrophe waiting to happen. NC/OneDrive/etc... that type of thing is NOT for this type of files.

the problem we currently have is that these files are all sitting on local machines only, until the project is finished and it is loaded onto the server. Network performance even on 1gbps just can't cut it. Plus, I am not and have no plans to do any backups of individual workstations, the plan is to get it all on the server somehow. My NC is on prem though, at least for one of my locations.

What CAD suite are you using? Time to start looking at their native server system. Dessault and Autodesk both have something to manage this. It isn't inexpensive but would be better then just SMB.

@mlnews I'm confused. The Captain Marvel I always read was male. How is it female now?

How is any character who was one thing and now another? Simply change/updating.

Personally, not sure why we need to reuse an old character and change these things instead of making a whole new one - but mostly I'm just meh.

Personally - I really dislike the helmeted version of costume - mohawk girl is what I call her.

Carol Danvers is a really old Marvel character. She's been around since the 1960s and got her power (as Ms. Marvel) in the 1970's. I think this is a new-ish retelling of the Ms. Marvel origin.

I don't think she took on the Captain Marvel moniker until the early 2000s though.

      Poking around with OSTicket.

That thing is a hunk of shoot

We use it here.... not a fan

Several people here on ML performed an evaluation of it and all came to the same conclusion.

Yeah, it predates me and is still liked by the guy(s) that set it up... I managed to get GLPI and fusioninventory going for scanning and inventory / asset management but haven't been able to convince people to move ticketing there from OSTicket.

Beyond that, just updated our base W7 desktop / laptop image and uploaded it to FOG while fighting with windows updates on my W10 laptop.

GLPI looks interesting. I've never heard of it.

I suppose they could come up with something like "Amazon Secure" which is a premium over Prime that includes the lock box. But would people pay for it??

How would you secure the lockbox from being carried off?

      Lag bolts.

30,000 volts only disabled with the right code.

That would be a funny joke, go around making people's new electronics from Amazon get fried all of the time.

Nah just properly ground it and have an insulator inside the lockbox.

Into concrete maybe. But if it is attached to a normal house, they'll just cut off whatever it is attached to.

Most package theft is opportunity based though. That's premeditation and a lot of time to cut wood or lag bolts....
