RE: Nethserver
This looks like a good project, defiantly keep us updated with how it all goes, I think Nethserver is brilliant, haven't tried it with that amount of users though. I don't see anything wrong with not having to use CLI all the time, and it's great that you are also thinking of other people that might need to manage the system as well.

RE: US Department of Justice Seeking IP Addresses of All 1.3m Visitors to DisruptJ20 Website
They would surely have to prove that you have intentions, innocent until proving guilty??

RE: US Department of Justice Seeking IP Addresses of All 1.3m Visitors to DisruptJ20 Website
I wonder how they would treat you if you have some malware code on your machine that your happen to be looking at, with no intention of being used.... I bet they would find something to prosecute you with?

RE: Creating a free SMB 3.0 file server on Hyper-V 2016. Part 1: Installation and configuration
@kooler I don't think there is any need to take it down, It is a good read and interesting Idea, for obvious reasons it just wouldn't be practical In a production environment, I think that's what everyone is meaning. Thank you for taking the time in posting the article.

RE: UK To Fine Some Service Agencies if Found with Inadequate Security
@nashbrydges I perhaps did word that incorrectly, what I meant was - It's like me telling a stock broker how to do something, when I have no experience in the subject.

RE: UK To Fine Some Service Agencies if Found with Inadequate Security
100% agree with your comment Nash...That Amber Rudd women spoke about how facebook, whatsapp and many others should let government agencies have backdoor access. I say they should go F** themselves! - Non technical people in high power should not be able to stipulate comments like that...

Project Send
Hi All,
I know most of us here have setup and use our own nextcloud/owncloud servers, but I thought I would share this just in case this would interest anyone, I haven't personally tried this though.

RE: What your favorite Desktop Environment?
using Guacamole myself, if you are opening to the internet, don't forget to configure fail2ban to block after certain amount of logins, otherwise you will have people trying to brute force every minute.....
