      @Dashrender Hm. I am confused now. We have several servers i n our lab, and both the administrator and at least one other user is able to use RDP, but I (think) only two sessions at any one time.

      The two included are for Server Management only. If you run apps on it for users you have to buy RDS Licenses as well.

      @brianlittlejohn So, I can't use the 5 CALs for this?

      You need the CALs as well.

      You will also need Remote Desktop Server Licenses if you are using RDS for anything but Admin on the server.

    • RE: Wi-Fi recommendations for a brand new warehouse / production facility?

      I'm assuming this is a metal building, with a metal skin on it. If so, you treat the L part of the building as completely separate because the walls will block most of the signal.

      @art_of_shred You are going to be stuck in 2.4/5ghz range.

      Coverage everywhere shouldn't be a problem.

      What will be connecting to the WIFI? What kind of traffic are you expecting?
      All that info will help determine how many APs to deploy.

      If you are needing higher bandwidth, you put in more APs and lower the power on them, If it is just web browsing/email, you can get away with fewer APs at a higher power output.

      @BRRABill I use a synology as a Network Video Recorder for one of my offices, we use Vivotek cameras, but you can get cheaper cameras than those.

      @Dashrender I believe you can use the previous version for a year after the new version has come out with O365

      @scottalanmiller Light control is the main reason, sometimes space saving by being able to bounce it off a mirror.

      @JaredBusch I don't think it does.

      @scottalanmiller I know lots of churches that use rear projection. But you can always get a better picture with front projection, way more screen material options.

      @LAH3385 I have a Panasonic PT-RZ370U. I really like it, it is not 4k, just 1080P. I really like that there is no lamp and no filters. It is maintenance free, so one less thing I have to worry about.
