Gave up on wifi, found it's not worth the effort, can be a bit finnicky.
Anyway, got Proxmox installed with a test Windows server, a relatively painless process.
Next on the look into list, is see if I can create VMs from vhdx files in Proxmox?
Converting from vhdx to qcow2

RE: Sync folder between two Fedora servers
Another option is to use systemd services to monitor files and directories. Then you can have rsync the changes from server 1 to server 2. But I still like syncthing instead.

Syncthing is pretty awesome for something like that.
Never mind. I’ve never tried syncthing over WAN.

Is it possible to run Proxmox up on an online hoster like Vultr or similar so I can have a look at it. Any suggestions??
You don't have any extra desktops or laptops not being used so can install Proxmox on it?
Last night I remembered I have an i7 16GB laptop lying around, so I'll fire that up. Thanks for the help.
Now if you planning using the laptop, you will want to disable the laptop from going in to standby mode when or if you close the lid.

cockpit-docker is deprecated in favor of cockpit-podman.
cockpit-machines support reverting to and deleting VM snapshotsYou can set up accounts with weak passwords.
Changes to remote host logins
Cockpit used to try to log into remote hosts with your initial login password when “Reuse my password for remote connections” was selected during login. This option has been removed, and Cockpit does not promote password reuse across accounts anymore. Instead, Cockpit now helps with setting up SSH keys for users that want automatic and password-less login to remote hosts. -

Basically, don't use Edge (anywhere, for any reason unless you hate yourself).
I've been using Edge a lot more than Chrome on Windows but I'm still an avid Firefox user.

Customizing the
snipeit.sh
script to support only Fedora and Ubuntu because I can. That's probably a good thing, make life easy. Post an updated link when done
I’m almost done. I’m just debating if I should stick with installing composer from Ubuntu and Fedora repo or download the latest stable version from composer.

Trying out the Slack notification integration for checkin/checkout with Snipe-IT.

how do you guys know when Mesh Central and Zerotier are updated?
For MeshCentral, you can go on the "My Server" tab and click "Check Server Version" to know if you want/need to update.
With so much development, I just update ever two or three days.
There's actually two version to choose from now, stable and latest. You can also enable auto-update in the config.json file. That's what mine is set to.
