So how cool is this, a young man on the organ transplant list has finally received the donation he needed to live a normal life. After 17 months without a heart, he's finally able to live what some would call a normal life.
Using a new piece of technology his heart was removed, and replaced with a SynCardia Freedom Portable Device.
