More Issues with A Small orange..

The Saga counties.. Took over three weeks for them to get to a ticket. They say the issues isn't happening right now (of course it's not, you waited three weeks but I guarantee you the server will start having issues again in a few days it always does).
I screenshot how long it took to get a response posted it to my website and their facebook about how slow they are.. ASO deleted my website. No refund. They say their policy allows them to to take down sites without a refund if they feel they would like too.
A very telling thing about ASO new attitude is the fact that they have removed reviews from their facebook page, and delete or hide almost every comment on posts now. https://www.facebook.com/asmallorange/

I just moved to A2 and have been very happy.

They had a lot of negative reviews within the last month on the google page (all of them from feb and before were positive). Looks like they found a way to have the google reviews fully removed (deleting the page I guess).

Did they ever? Was anyone good and cheap and viable in the past that changed or disappeared?

Dealing with A Small Orange scams right now. They have a racket going where they send invoices to old accounts, claim accounts were not cancelled years later, but have the accounts deactivated so that you cannot log in, you can't even do a password reset. But they claim that they cannot cancel the account (which didn't even exist) without us giving them a credit card and setting up the account again! Nice racket. If you go to their website and go to "Contact Us", that's exclusively for customers. So if you have an account issue, screw you.
So their system is designed around slamming. They fake an account, and then claim you don't have authorization to cancel it. Very convenient.
