Migration Operation Master not changing

After migrating win2003 to win2008 the operation master (RID,PDC,infra) are not changing. How to change it manually using cmd or any gui method to change it. The server is listing in server domain and dns also got transfered but operation master (RID,PDC,infra) are not changing.

I'm on my phone so I cant lookup up good directions.
Do a good search for move FSMO roles. It's pretty easy.
First things first though.. Is the old server still online? Or did you upgrade that old server? I couldn't quite tell from your description.

@Dashrender As far searched they have full fsmo transfer kind of document i just want to transfer only the three (RID,PDC,infra)

So only do the three that you want. Each one has to be done individually, unless you allow it to be done automatically by uninstalling ADDC from a server (not advised).
