Certifications for 2016

I had my yearly performance review today, went well. One of the topics i discussed with my manager was about potential training & certification opportunity for this year. I can see that, we have an option to work on web application pen testing, working on Sitecore projects.
For pen testing, i am thinking of https://www.offensive-security.com/information-security-certifications/oswe-offensive-security-web-expert/ but couldn't find the fee/tutorials to do this yet. Would love to hear about possible certifications/courses that i can check for this year.iii
