I am getting a bad request when I try to access Bing Maps

Bing has the Bird's Eye view which Google Maps doesn't have. The Bird's eye view is nice for understanding terrain better than the satellite view.

It works on my VM which is on the same network so it's not a network issue. I have tried 4 different browsers. Any ideas?
