KMS Win 7 and Win 10 - do you need to install two different keys

Exactly what the title says?

I installed a new KMS server about 2 weeks ago and decommissioned the old one.

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 license installed, as well as a Windows Server 2012R2_Windows 10 license (and all the versions of Office that I use).

My new Windows 7 machines aren't activating.

Does anyone know if I need a different KMS key installed to activate Windows 7?
Heck, I thought the Windows Server 2012R2 key also activated Windows 7.
