Xbox Game Sharing

Any gamers in here?
Here's the situation... I know Xbox Gold you can share downloaded games and content with a friend. My friend has downloaded Exo Zombies maps, but a physical copy of Advanced Warfare. The question is, can I download just the game, share it with him, and he can share the maps in the same session? Essentially playing together while combining my game and his maps since it would all be downloaded.

Plenty of gamers in here but not on a console!! The horror!!!
Upvoted in hopes of summoning help.

Lots. No console here either. Used to but left the console world to move back to PC. Now with Steam and GOG I don't find the console world interesting anymore.

If I wasn't so mobile, I'm sure I'd have been talked into a console by now, likely the XBOX One. But given how we move, they are not an option.

If I wasn't so cheap, I'd be a PC gamer.

Is it that expensive? Partially why I like it is that it is so cheap. Have you checked out Steam and GOG? They make PC gaming at any scale a fraction of the price of a console, for me at least. Even only buying used console games (which is not really possible now in the downloaded game era) I easily get 5:1 games for the same money on a PC. And the variety is so much bigger. And I already own PCs for other things.

Or just old school XBOX?
I could be incorrect but I was under the impression that the original XBOX is no longer able to access XBL.
EDIT:
I was correct-

I have no idea, I've never used one and never did online stuff with the 360.
