There is one DVD in that 3 OS are present.
There are two OS which are present in the ISO folder to copy and the Elementary OS which is present as Bootable.
When I try to install in another system the OS is able to boot from the CD DriveOkay, so it sounds like the drive is working then?

@DustinB3403 Yes I am having the DVD burner.
I have copied the whole content as such in the 16 GB Pendrive to boot into VMware but it does not boot from the OS -

@scottalanmiller I have address the issue in my DVD drive where the lens has issue in it.so the DVD drive is not working
That's going to be tough. If that doesn't work, how will you read the disc?
-
@scottalanmiller I tried to read the disk in my Desktop of my friend which is working properly. But the Desktop is 32 Bit Architecture so it cant able to install the OS in VMware Workstation.Since My OS is 64 Bit OS

To make an ISO file from the ISO disc that you have, just do this command on Linux...
dd if=/dev/cdrom of=/path/to/cdcopy.iso

I am using Windows 8 Machine in my laptop now

Ah ha, this is making more sense. So you have access to a working drive but need to convert the ISO disc to an ISO file so that you can move it to your own machine.
Calling it ISO format was adding to the confusion as that is what a DVD is. The term ISO format refers to the filesystem on the DVD itself.

@Lakshmana Why are you trying to run the VMWare installer on your friends system?
Are you simply trying to test the OS?
-
Yes,I need to test the OS.

I believe he is just working on a few different OSes so that he can learn more about them and build his resume.
-
@scottalanmiller I need to convert the Bootable CD into ISO format
-
@Lakshmana If the CD is bootable can you simple Boot into the LiveCD environment, and learn from there?

You did not read what I wrote. ISO format and Bootable CD are the same thing. ISO 9660 is the technical name for a bootable CD or DVD. Every bootable CD you have is ISO format, that is what allows the computer to read it.
I provided the command to turn your ISO format CD into an ISO file above.

Because he does not have a working CD or DVD drive on his own system.

I thought he said the drive was working....

My Desktop installed with Windows 7.I need to test in Laptop since the testing to be done in my laptop I go for the VMware Workstation.
-
@DustinB3403 My Laptop DVD drive is not working. My Desktop DVD drive is working.

Any Great Ideas to work for this issue
-
Do you have a home or office network?
Or even a USB drive?
If so I'd recommend copying the Bootable Disc to your desktop and then writing it to a USB drive.
