Planning MangoCon

I'm trying to see how any class can be generic enough to apply to many/most yet also specific enough that people will want to attend.
It's often about thought processes, architecture, decision making, new concepts, etc.

I'd be willing to run a session about combining coffee and booze.... "Morning drinking strategies for the busy professional".

So was taking a horse drawn carriage tour of Granada today and guess what we stumbled upon downtown.....

That's a luxury hotel and the convention could be in the same building. Rooms start at $95 for a normal room and suites go at $125 for the beginning price of the top ones and there are several options in between. That's walking distance from my house here currently and there are tons of cheap options nearby, within a few blocks people should be able to get rooms for half of those prices if needed. These are rack rates and don't reflect a discount for booking the whole place or a big block of rooms like we would do.
The place has its own restaurant, tons of food nearby and its own Tiki Bar that I'm sure would stay open all night. that's how bars work here.... open till the money stops coming in.
Pool and stuff in case people need to lounge. Lots for family members to do in case they come along. Very safe area. The lake is about ten minutes walk away as is Central Park. Lots of playgrounds, the beach, tours, volcanoes, etc.
