Update to 0.7.0

Major update tonight. We upgraded the base platform from Ubuntu 14.10 to Ubuntu 15.04. The NodeBB platform was updated from 0.6.1 to 0.7.0 which is about three months of new code from the developers. And the old Lavender theme was updated to the Persona theme which is the current NodeBB theme.
We had a few issues during the upgrade but at this point things appear to be working. I saw on Twitter that there is an issue with posting from the mobile client, that might be the killer there. Attempting to address as much as we can quickly.

I'm getting a strange refresh issue with both Chrome and FF. Steps to reproduce:
- Go to recent posts
- Click the far right link for the thread "What Are You Doing Right Now"
- Press the back key to go back one page
Initially, I'm taken to the URL http://mangolassi.it/topic/1022/what-are-you-doing-right-now. When I press the back key, it takes me to http://mangolassi.it/topic/1022/what-are-you-doing-right-now/7734 and then keeps refreshing over and over.

On admin screens there is a "Submit and Lock" option when you press that down arrow next to Submit.

Seems like it should remove the drop down menu if you aren't an admin. I assume that's what is was doing before.

It doesn't work on windows phone anymore. The menu (hamburger) button doesn't render a drop down menu anymore. Compose looks better but no notifications, chats or unread.

I'm still seeing this on occasion, even after logging out and restarting the browser.
