We are however backlogged on the build Q so you might find the server builds are taking longer than expected. This is the biggest thing. So many technical flaws and bad decisions around design. They aren't addressing the real problems at all.

My build set at pending overnight last night. Still didn't build... reset it and trying again this morning.... Most likey just went back to the back of the Queue, lol.

@scottalanmiller What is your secret? Which eyes / toes/ fingers are you crossing? Or does Jupiter have to be at a perfect 90 degree angle to Saturn?
Any other planetary alignments necessary? I've let both of my attempts run for several hours with nothing at all happening.

I'm yet to up/down/side-grade to cloud poo(?) oh, oops. Pro, CloudPro.
So let me get this straight, you get your entire VPS nuked when you move to the service. You have to back up your own stuff but it's almost impossible to back up a C@C instance (offsite)... IF, you can connect to it.
Am I correct with any of ^that?
What backup software/strategy are you lot using?
