That's pretty sweet atleastMore resources isn't going to fix their lack of knowledge in proper configuration.
This is the biggest thing. So many technical flaws and bad decisions around design. They aren't addressing the real problems at all.

Looks like they are making some progress. I now have a pending server in the panel.
Server never built. Deleted and trying again...
-
-
Still pending... I'll let it ride for a while and see what happens. Good thing I didn't actually need to do anything with it (testing or otherwise!).
-
.... and it's still pending. Here's a classic rant from Twitter: https://twitter.com/pegasusepsilon/status/594437200722329600

I've gotten two builds to work so far.

@scottalanmiller What is your secret? Which eyes / toes/ fingers are you crossing? Or does Jupiter have to be at a perfect 90 degree angle to Saturn?
Any other planetary alignments necessary? I've let both of my attempts run for several hours with nothing at all happening.

I'm yet to up/down/side-grade to cloud poo(?) oh, oops. Pro, CloudPro.
So let me get this straight, you get your entire VPS nuked when you move to the service. You have to back up your own stuff but it's almost impossible to back up a C@C instance (offsite)... IF, you can connect to it.
Am I correct with any of ^that?
What backup software/strategy are you lot using? -

What backup software/strategy are you lot using? There's no what to do a true image restore as you couldn't boot from it. You'd have to do file level backups.

Well, I've up/down/crossgraded to CloudPro...
Installation is... pending -

It's been 30 minutes.
What is the above mentioned average based on? If it's based on the consumption of Bourbon and Cola or Jager Bombs by monkeys, I'd understand but... actually, no I wouldn't. Why are there drunken monkeys involved in this? -

What backup software/strategy are you lot using?None. Just lost everything. That CloudatCost initiated this killing off of the VMs prior to coming up with a backup strategy shows just how much they have no idea how to do this.

Awesome, they also nuked my FreePBX system I had running.. yeah!! (NOT!)
