Yeah, Spirit is not the best to say the least.
I prefer them over any other US airlines. Best service, most comfortable seats. As a very regular flier, they are my top choice for US originating flights.

Mmm, I used them when going back and forth Latin America and US and was not that comfortable but I mean they change their services too.

Mmm, I used them when going back and forth Latin America and US and was not that comfortable but I mean they change their services too.
We used them the first time to replace a United Flight from Nicaragua. It was cheaper to pay full price for new flights on Spirit than to change flight details on a bereavement rate with United. So we did them because they were "cheap", but then we found that they were cheap and better than airlines like United and Delta. Treat us better, better planes, etc.
I've been using Spirit ever since then and have been consistently happy with them.

If I'm connecting through Mexico, AeroMexico is my top pick, better than any US airlines I've ever used. But not cheap like Spirit.
