I thought canceling accounts was covered in the other thread... basically unless you had a monthly account canceling was pointless, unless you had the CC reverse the charges.

Correct, I asked for a full refund of my money since they were unable to provide the services promised. However now it seems like they might be able to provide the services

The hope was that the new SSDs being installed would fix the rebuild issues too. I'm interested to see what SAR says tonight.

Here is the ten hour average from this morning....

Average:        all      0.17      0.00      0.15      0.24      0.00     99.45

That's an IOWait average of .24. Still far higher than expected (about ten times higher) but only about one twentieth of what it was before. So pretty huge improvement.

Just did 5 rebuilds back to back, not one error

It's very good! it's a 1600% improvement!

Rebuild issues and returned and almost no one can build VMs anymore.
