Nothing like it. My sister bought some for the holidays. It tastes like burnt caramel and cardboard.

Making whipped cream is so easy to do though. . . some whipping cream and you just turn it. If you wanted it to taste like this just throw some reese's cups into the mix and it'll come out just fine.
Not idea why people want this crap other than convenience.
