I bought 20 bucks worth of credits (1.66/credit if a remember right) and you basically get a work order from some idiot who has no idea how to describe their problem and you are supposed to "purchase" the ability to send them a quote based on information like "my computer won't boot."
O well, did anyone else have a good experience with thumbtack? lol

I have never heard of that either. It sounds like it would drive me crazy

@computerchip I worked with a guy (contractor) who used it quite a bit, but he told me that he still got more business through word of mouth than the site itself. He made enough to cover the expense and still make a little extra but the frequency wasn't there.
