Snowstorm in Syracuse

I don't really care where they play as long as they keep buying our goal posts.

Besides, building a stadium downstate makes more sense. More people in a smaller geographical area, so you would, as a rule, be safe to assume naturally higher attendance, etc. You want to talk about something that is hard to obtain? Try NY Giants Season Tickets. People literally leave them to the next generation in their wills, because there are no season ticket spots available right now, and the waiting list to get them is insanely long!

Your company makes the goal posts for the NFL?

Yep, especially now after the new rules were in place. We were the only company to get a product out before the deadline.

Adding 5' to the top of each goalpost upright.

Interesting...doesn't seem like that'd be a hard thing to fabricate differently than before. Extra material, sure, but it doesn't seem like a hard change to enact across multiple providers...

You'd be surprised. I think that was one of the reasons we were first to market was because everyone else thought it would be really easy to do... Also you should know that we are one of maybe 5-6 different goalpost manufactures.

I may write up a little expose on my company and put it in the Self Promotion section. We do some really cool things and to the average person they don't know where things like goalposts or soccer goals come from. Also I should say that everything we make is produced in either Delhi, NY or in Salisbury, NC. Which makes it even more interesting.

Rochester was mentioned on Sleepy Hollow this week.
-
The weather is horrible! Just drove an hour to Rochester. York where I live is worse than Rochester by a lot. But now the winds have kicked up and white outs. This storm is not supposed to stop till Thursday!

And right now, SO GLAD I don't live in NY...

Well I am glad the weather people were wrong! It is not snowing and sunny this morning.

You can't predict the weather in Upstate NY. You guess and hope for the best.

And we got another 8" last night and it is snowing hard again :(. Supposed to get another 3-6"'s today and more tonight. UGH! Can't wait till Sunday when we will have flooding instead!

@Minion-Queen Good luck and stay warm. I have a few friends in Buffalo and one of them hasn't been able to leave his apartment... I'm kind of surprised that the power and utilities are still going strong, although most of those are under-ground up there
