Outlook on windows update for shared calendars

I've been wanting something like this for ages... shared calendars sync so slow I had to disable caching to prevent people from thinking the days were blank.

How slow was it before? If you added something to a shared calendar how long would it take for it to show up on other peoples calendar? Seconds, minutes, hours?

It was more, when you would open a shared calendar it might take 5 mins for the whole thing to download… in the meantime you have no idea if there is an appt at a given time.
When I’m online mode there was zero delay
