What is mynotify?

I just up'ed the specs on my web server, as I noticed the processor was getting over-maxed. As you'll see at the top, it says CPU is at 107%. It did say over 120% but I didn't get the screenshot of it. My question is: what is the command "mynotify"? That's what seems to be eating up all my processing. Everything else looks good. The server is a VM on ESXi 5.1 with a single quad-core CPU at 3.3GHz and 4GB of RAM allocated. It's Ubuntu Server 14.04 x64. Not sure what it is. The site has been a little slow lately. Using Unitrends for your backups, perhaps? That's a Unitrends process.

Quick search agrees with SAM, appears to be a process commonly used by Unitrends to monitor file system changes.

I am using Unitrends for backup. That would make sense. But why would the agent use THAT MUCH in terms of resources?

The process was no longer coming up maxing the CPU. I'm running a differential backup to make sure it goes through, as I have a good master from Sunday. It's weird that you modify the option under Incremental Forever but I'm running Full w/ Diffs. Linux, last I knew, can't do Incremental Forever. Just Full w/ Diffs.
