Fedora 31 desktop default partitioning

Just downloaded the default Fedora 31 desktop ISO and installed it on a laptop.
First of all it now installs with secure boot enabled. Maybe it has done this for a few versions, no idea as I have done a clean install since 28.
Anyway it is interesting how it now sets a 70gb root partition.
I then downloaded the cinnamon spin and installed it. It was similar. Though it did default to a dark theme during install
