Quick Permissions Prob

OK here's the situation between 2 computers:

PC1 Shares a file in its public folder
PC2 Accesses shared file in public folder

PC2 with the specific user no longer has access to PC1's public folder
PC1 can ping PC2. PC2 can ping PC1.
PC2 can access file from PC1 using different user account
User account can access files on PC1 from another PC.
No other computers/users on network are having issues accessing files.

@Hubtech Fixed...I feel like a dummy. user had changed his cached credentials....to the wrong thing. fixed.

just needed to type it out ya know?
