      now again CPU is hitting 99%

          Look at your IOWait. Either you are out of memory or likely your disks are dying.

                No, looks like you have enough. But you have an IOWait issue. So you need to figure out why. What is causing your disks to freak out?

                  Figure out what is using your disks. Your system is spending most of its time dealing with storage issues.

                    @scottalanmiller i found that there was some hourly backup was running .. it that causing the issue...

                      That could easily do it, especially if it is not able to complete within the hour window and has overlapping backup jobs.

                        @scottalanmiller correct i stopped the backup process and changed it to daily 2200 HRS backup.. uff thanks scott...

                          Did that fix the IOWait issue? sar should show it going down in a few minutes.

                                        And how much is being backed up? Might be too much.
