Sodium Help Desk -- Subtickets

  • A few thoughts about subticket handling --

    • It would be good if we could filter on the type of ticket (primary / sub ticket)
    • There should be a way to distinguish the status of a sub ticket (open, closed, etc) when viewed from the primary ticket view
    • Along the same lines, there are times when I would only want to see the open subtickets when viewing the primary ticket. Can this be configured or maybe a option to toggle this on/off from within the ticket view?
