while connecting with my citrix vdi am getting ssl error 4

what should be checked or what will the prefect solution

Is this Citrix XenServer or XenApp or XenDesktop?

Is there a netscaler appliance involved in here somewhere?

@DustinB3403 we are using secure gateway like check point so we need to create a rule like allowing there it seems
