Android 6 Released for Asus Tinker Board

The Asus Tinkerboard now has an official Android image that you can download and install, according to OSSBlog. Normally the Tinker Board ships with TinkerOS, a Debian Linux based custom distribution made by Asus just for the Tinker Board. The TB has the same quad core ARM RISC processor used in the Asus C201 Chromebook.

I'm thinking about one of these for the kids' bedroom back in Texas so that we can have a multimedia and multipurpose device that we can hook up to a TV monitor but get more general purpose use out of it than we would with just a Fire Stick or something like that.
