More or less, those are the IOPS being used. Range appears to be from zero (idle) to 2000 at maximum.

What is perform counters? That's quite generic, we need to know where those numbers came from.

IE: A drive speed checker will just give you the maximum IOPS of a given computer system, not what IOPS are actually used.

          Dear Friends,
how to calculation comes using below formula,
i given the what are the values, i got perfmom monitor tools.
          Calculate IOPS = Disk Reads/sec + Disk Writes/sec = Disk Transfers/sec.

Right, so you've given us the IOPS. What more are you looking for? I think you've answered your own question 🙂

              Dear Friend,

Our Customer have eva storage 14 * 146GB SAS 15 k disks. Created RAID 5 Storage pools.

We calcuted RAW IOPS is 1715 IOPS.

we Created 430GB and 70GB LUN on storage and mapped to windows server 2003 OS.

using Performance monitor tools , how to calculate 430 GB abd 70GB LUN IOPS on windows OS using Performance monitor tool.

We have value like belows, but i dont know how to take and calculate IOPS value.kindly provide support for my doubt.

              Disk Transfer per sec :

              Scale value is 1000

              Average : 1386.335
              Minimum : 590.999
              Maximum : 1995.989

              Duration : 1 min 40 sec

              Disk Read per sec :

              Scale value is 1000

              Average : 1269.581
              Minimum : 12.000
              Maximum : 1844.000

              Duration : 1 min 40 sec

              Disk Write per sec :

              Scale value is 1000

              Average : 70.485
              Minimum : 0.000
              Maximum : 1255.002

              Duration : 1 min 40 sec

              Thanks

using Perform tools , we calculate IOPS using below counter,

IOPS = Disk Transfer / sec

i got value like below using Perform tools

                  Disk Transfer per sec :

                  Scale value is 1000

                  Average : 1386.335
                  Minimum : 590.999
                  Maximum : 1995.989

so what is my OS IOPS value based on above value ?

I'm so confused. You keep stating the answer, then asking the question again. Your IOPS are 591 minimum, 1386 average and 1995 maximum. You are providing the answer. Those are your IOPS.
