For those of you using Vitelity as a SIP provider:

For your dedicated fax DIDs, do you have to have that DID "vFax" enabled? I've been having terrible luck with faxing at one client, and Vitelity support tells me it's because their voice network does not support faxing. I have to transition the fax number to become a "vFax" DID. Can anyone confirm this?

Likely their vFax is setup with T.38 or something and designed to support FoIP.

No, I use eFax.com as a service or deal with spotty faxing on a normal SIP trunk.
