Recipe: Spicy BBQ Chicken-Bacon-Sticks and Pork Fillet-Bacon-Sticks

  • This works great with chicken breast or port fillet, just use what you like.


    • Chicken breasts or pork fillet
    • Bacon
    • Mayo
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Ground chili or dill

    Wash and slice the chicken breasts into ~two finger thick pieces. Mix all the other components and put the chicken breast into the spiced mayo. Put it into the fridge and let it marinade for at least two hours - the longer, the better.
    Next, wrap each of the chicken slices with bacon. Put three to five pieces on a skewer.
    Put the skewers on your grill. It will take a bit more time than usual because of the mayo.
