Solved Windows Server 2012 (R2 I think) TFS Server issues
-
I'm having an issue with a server that holds our TFS (Team Foundation Server) for DevOps.
I Restarted it last Wednesday, It worked fine until it seems sometime on July 4th late in the evening (no one was working just going by event logs).
I think most people can still get to the Code repository that is actually TFS. The problem is I can't RDP into it (it tries to login but just says Please wait.. forever) same issue from Vcenter. We force rebooted it last time when it worked for two days after. When it gets like this is also is not being backed up so that's a major issue.
Any Ideas.
There are some errors in event viewer like these. There doesn't seem to be any AD issues, just something odd with this server.

I also found this, which is it trying to run under a user account for a terminated employee. (disabled account) wonder if that is the root of all issues?

If you haven't, make a specific AD account for the TFS server and let it run under that account and see what happens?

That's the plan, well not a specific one. we have a service account and it should have been setup that way but it was not, now I have to deal with the issues. It will have to wait til tonight when no DevOPs are doing anything to check it.
