HP OEM computer - New Case?

I have a OEM HP computer. It has a small case. I have added a new video card and power supply. Since the case is small air flow is bad. Can I buy a new case and just swap everything over? Any issues with this?

I shouldn't think so. Out of all the HP units that I've had, none of them had "Gut swapping" preventative measures.
So, I'd say go for it. Be sure to grab for the intrusion detection button(?) on the case. The device can be disabled in the BIOS if you don't want to bring it along. -
the worst part might be that the mounting points on the mb don't match up.

What Motherboard is it using? I think most of the HPs are standard Micro ATX Intel or Foxconn motherboards. and should. a Custom case should be able to put the stand offs at most of the holes. If they don't line up you use the plastic stand offs, however the provide no support and just keep the motherboard level/from touching the back so you really don't want to use very many of those.

Find the motherboard type (ATX, INTEL, Foxconn etc) and go onto http://pcpartpicker.com/
Under cases you can select to only show ones compatible with your mobo.
You'll ensure the mobo lines up for sure that way.

The big issue will be the PSU. Most slimlines use weird, non-standard PSUs. This will not fit right in a normal mid-tower case. Just FYI.
