No real laws broken unless they are told to leave an don't. They are impersonating the apple "employee" which is a fictitious thing. So impersonation laws wouldn't apply unless they were impersonating a specific employee. You could get a pretty major civil suit though for liable, slander, assaulting customers, damages etc.
