      I am in need of some volume licensing help for a small business with around 25 users. Can someone recommend a good knowledgeable vendor to assist?

                Yonah does have backup while he's gone. You can email his normal address and the others will pickup if he's already left for vacation.

                      If we were to buy any. But I'm rarely the one selling or installing RDS. I'm normally an order removed from it and only dealing with the technical components of it.

                          Yes, on the tech side. We didn't buy 500. The customer bought 30 or so. And we were troubleshooting an issue and there were 500 installed.
