Zimbra Webmail stuck after login .. should we update zimbra ?? any solution please...

We need a lot more information in order to offer any constructive advice.
Is it just the one client?
Are the services up and running on the server?
Have you done any troubleshooting at all? Please let us know what you've tried already.

Can you define "stuck"? What exactly is it doing?

all services are up and running.
login screen keep loading... nothing happens

it stops here... maybe upgrade from 8.5 to 8.6 should solve this issue ??
it was working perfectly fine from long time.
