The version of ONLYOFFICE collaboration platform (Community Server) has been released. ONLYOFFICE Community Server features DMS, project management tools, CRM, mail, calendar and a platform for building corporate networks.

What’s new

Two-factor authentication via an authenticator app,
New access rights - users can share docs for commenting and filling forms,
Integrated media player to play audio and video files directly in the cloud,
Folders and filters in Mail,
Report generation in projects,
Redesigned calendar with To-do feature.

Also in the Enterprise version:

Full-text search within docs and emails,
Improved LDAP with auto sync of users on schedule and extended attribute mapping.
