How Full Stack Developers is more better than hire team?

I am Confused to hire Full-stack Developer or Team of Development.

It really depends on your needs. A single full stack person can't scale, and they are super expensive. But as long as you are okay with their capacity, the communicate and move much faster. Getting component by component developers means that you need equal amount of work for each person, and lots of coordination between them, but you can scale up by having more than one person on a project. And once you start to scale you can adjust the size of component teams.
Basically, if your project is huge, full stack isn't an option. If your project can be done by a full stacker, they will dramatically outperform a team at a fraction of the cost.
