3 R620s 3 CPU 704 Errors

All three of these are configured the same, esxi 5.5 64 gig of Ram, dual 6c processors. Thankfully these are not in production yet because they ALL SHUT DOWN.....with the CPU 704 errors. These are "brand new" from xbyte, wasn't sure if I have a bios setting wrong or what.

I've never seen this error before, from what I've heard XByte has great support and warranty services have you tried giving them a call?
