Dell support site

Anyone else having trouble with support.dell.com this week? When I go to put in a service tag number, I get this:
which is a PITA. So I click on the button to just select the computer by model number... no link for Precision desktops or laptops (which are the 2 things I need BIOS etc for). Same behavior in 3 browsers. Any ideas?

Works here. After i entered Service Tag:
Edit: I am not signed into my account when i did this, just opened the site and entered tag. -
Got it sorted - cleared cookies and rebooted. I guess the update to the site broke my open tab with a cached version of the page.
