Ask about Lisence Office365
-
Here does anyone know the use of office 365 for anything else, I'm confused for his share of the user, like user of internsip, user of employee and others, wich we use lisence it
1 microsoft flow free
2 microsoft power apps
3. Exchange online
4. 365 premium
5. Power BI
And others licenseIf you have some PDF, please share with me

An intern would be a "user" just like any other employee. Whether the user is paid or not doesn't affect the user status for licensing.

@scottalanmiller hi thank you for your answer, how about the features, maybe it's need to difference for employee, internship, and email systems outomatic, and others, do you think we can use same in license. Please advise

Like Scott said, a user is still a user, no matter if they are the CEO or the intern. If you purchase the same license for the whole company, then both will receive the same features. The one thing that can change would be permissions on those features, which would typically be ainistered in either the admin center or powershell.

The first step is figuring out what features are needed. I'd ask managers of the new users what exactly is required for their job function.
Keep in mind that the more different license types you have out there, the more potential headaches. Certain features may not work for one user to another and this has potential of being a huge time wasted for users and IT. That is why many organizations choose one or maybe two license types at most.

O365 licenses are based on need. One person might just need email, another might need MS Office 2016, etc. You have to know the needs for each role. But because you need access to things like documentation even for an intern, it's rare that you can have many, if any, people at lower tiers than others.
