Icons invisible in the chat popup

I'm sure someone must have reported this already but maybe it's just me?

When I open the chat box, the icons are all invisible. Here is a SS:

I don't know what else to say, is it just me?

I've had quite a few peculiarities happen with the site today, but not that one.

This is a looooong time issue for me. I just hover the cursor over the top right-ish area to close the box. Never actually seen the icons here before.
